Chase and his class had another field trip and I was so excited to get to go!
Tarkington Booth is a theatre in Carmel, Indiana.
We got to tour the place and it was super fun.
Each child got a penny and had to purchase their "ticket" to their own special seat. They sat in the "house" while they explained lighting, acting, music and sound components and more.
They went on stage, backstage, into the props room and the dressing room too!
In an acting class
The kiddos were put into small groups and given props for a certain fairy tale. We got Jack and the Beanstalk. They did a great job acting out their parts for the rest of the class. Here is Chase as Jack, carrying the golden eggs.
