So here he is... our little rainbow baby.
I cannot explain how in awe I am during ultrasounds.
Especially seeing this little guy. He is such a gift.
Everything looks great. I had normal fluid levels and he is growing well. In fact, his head is measuring in the 90th percentile. So, yeah, there's that. :)
Overall he measures about a week ahead, his arms, legs and head being the most advanced.
The technician mentioned that he weighed about 4 lbs. 9 ounces and could be on track to be an 8-9 lb baby?!?!? Chase was 6 lbs 15 ounces at 41weeks+1day, so that threw me a bit.
Here's to hoping she is WRONG! :)
As this video shows, he had his hands in his mouth a lot during the scan and also got the hiccups. He is still a "he" and the technician even flipped the 4D ultrasound on for the end. I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to "see" his little face before the birth, but it was really neat and fun for us to enjoy that after hearing he looked ok!
Praising God for a healthy baby and for sustaining us during this pregnancy.
Every step of the way. He has not failed us.
All the glory is truly His for this amazing gift!
