It is so hard for me to believe Chase is a year and a half! He is no longer a baby, even though he will always be our little baby. :) Toddlerhood is a lot of fun. Things just seem to "click" with him more and more. I'm amazed at the big boy stuff he can do! He has a later bedtime now (usually around 7:30/8 and getting up around 7/7:30) and the 1 nap a day is still going great - a few times we've seen the elusive 3 hour nap! woohoo! He loves to say "Hi/Hey" and "Bye Bye" to everyone everywhere we go! His new obsession is clocks and he loves to point to them when we are out somewhere new or at a friend's house! He loves to eat what we are eating these days but also does well with his vegetables and fruit offerings. He has days when he is a little picky. His favorite toys are still books and some fun tub crayons we tried recently. He loves to color! I recently made a color chart for his room and he can now point to red, blue, yellow orange and green when asked. His favorite color at the moment appears to be green as he will point to things that are green and say "GEEEEN!" - he is so excited! :)
His 18 month appt was great. His weight is 24 lbs and he was 25%! Those that follow know this is the highest percentile he's ever been. What a beefcake. ha ha I'm happy that he is still climbing the charts for weight. His height was 31 3/4 inches and that put him around 35%. Everything else was just perfect! He did well with the exam and only cried for a few short seconds when getting the last Hep A shot. What a big boy!
Fruit pizza to celebrate his 18 month milestone!
Waiting at Dr. G's office
More waiting...
Lovey didn't go far from him that day!
Fun shot of Chase at 18 months and in the same exam room at 4 days old. Ahh! So tiny!
