Conner Prairie

Chase and I visited Conner Prairie this week. The weather was great and it wasn't very crowded at all.

 These three guys were SUPER nice to see us coming and do a little Civil War re-enactment for us. Chase talked about "those soldiers" for the rest of the day. :)

Can you even imagine the look on Chase's face after seeing that? Makes me laugh!

Chase is a huge fan of the blacksmith and wants to visit him at least twice when we go. On this day, he was making a hunting knife. I am always amazed (and a little freaked out) by how "in character" they are. As in, they will NOT break character. And I was asking questions. :)
