The Buente Family: 25 months!

Wow, Chase is now 25 months old. I would say the biggest change with Chase is his vocabulary. He is saying new words everyday and can now pretty much repeat what we say when asked. It is so fun to hear him say new words and phrases! I'm amazed how much I hear Wes and I say "I didn't know he could say that!!!" He knows his numbers 1-9 both by sight and name and knows all of his letters and colors as well. I'm so proud! :) Chase still naps well (usually 2 hours a day) and is sleeping from about 7:30/8 to 7:30/8 in the morning. We are so blessed with a good sleeper. He's still in his crib and will remain there until he realizes he can get out. :) He loves to sleep with his lovey, panda, lamb and blankie. He LOVES stuffed animals and calls them his "friends." We are still enjoying our Gymboree classes and library time each week. With everything going on with baby #2 we have definitely tried to stay busy. He loves to play with his trains and play dough and loves anything that has to do with paint! Chase is such a sweet, joyful boy and we are beyond blessed to have him as our son.
