Just an update on my getting back into shape post from last month. I'm happy to report that I worked out half of the month of August too and met my goal. I went to my 6 am class each Tuesday and Thursday minus a week Wes was out of town for work. That week I did the dreadmill treadmill a few days. Ugh. I also decided that I would try to start running at LEAST once a week. I realize this isn't much at all but for someone who hates running, it's a big deal to me. :) I'll let you know how it goes!
